Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. The following Terms and Conditions govern your use and access of the Platform (defined below) and the use of the Services. By accessing the Platform and/or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not access and/or use this Platform or the Services.

- By accessing or using the Singapore Food Shows e-Shop website (“SFS e-Shop Site”) or by using the Products Service (as defined below), you are agreeing to the terms and conditions appearing below.
- For the avoidance of doubt, these Products Service Terms and Conditions (“Products Conditions”) are an integral part of the Member Terms and Conditions (“Member Conditions”) and the Website Terms and Conditions (“Website Conditions”) which are hereby incorporated by reference into these e-Commerce Conditions, and they should all be read as a whole.
- In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity between these Products Conditions, the Member Conditions and/or the Website Conditions, the following order of precedence will apply: (i) first, these Products Conditions, (ii) second, the Member Conditions, and (iii) third, the Website Conditions.
- Sphere Exhibits may from time to time amend these Products Conditions by posting the amended Products Conditions at this website. The purchase of product(s) and any use of the Products Service after the amendment of these Products Conditions will be deemed to be acceptance of the amended Products Conditions by you. If you do not agree to the amended Products Conditions, you have the right to close your Account and/or cease using the Products Service.
- All defined terms in the Website Conditions and Member Conditions, apply to these Products Conditions unless specifically defined in these Products Conditions.
- In these Products Conditions, the terms below have the following meanings:
2.2.1 “Merchant” means a third party seller of the Products, who is listed at the SFS e-Shop Site;
2.2.2 “Purchase” means the online purchase of a Product through the SFS e-Shop Site;
2.2.3 “Products” means a product of the Merchant, the purchase of which is facilitated by SFS e-Shop under these e-Commerce Conditions, and which shall be further subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the relevant Merchant; and
2.2.4 “Products Service” means all or any of the services provided by Sphere Exhibits via the SFS e-Shop Site in connection with the purchase of products under these Product Conditions.
Products Service Terms
3.1.1 If you wish to use the Products Service, you must register for an Account with Constellar Exhibitions Pte. Ltd. at the SFS e-Shop Site and provide Constellar Exhibitions Pte. Ltd. with your valid personal email address through the SFS e-Shop Site before making payment online. You agree that Constellar Exhibitions Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, accept or reject any application to register an Account, without assigning any reason.
- By applying to register an Account, you agree that:
- Constellar Group may collect, use, disclose and share amongst themselves and their respective service providers and partners, your personal data, for publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media, including, without limitation, in Constellar Group’s publications, presentations, promotional materials on their websites, in its original or edited format, and whether to promote the Products Service or otherwise without further notification, remuneration or compensation.
3.2 Ordering Process
3.2.1 Purchases of products are to be made online through your registered Account. Purchase orders through phone and email will not be entertained by Constellar Exhibitions Pte. Ltd.
3.2.2 Products available on the SFS e-Shop Site may be purchased at a discount to the face value stated on them whereby purchase transactions for such products are deemed to be completed when you check out your order cart and after we have taken payment through the payment channel described below.
3.2.3 Other products available on the SFS e-Shop Site may entitle you to enjoy the rates of discounts stated on the products. Should you wish to purchase such products, payments will be collected from you through Constellar’s payment channel. Purchase transactions for such products are deemed to be completed when you check out your order cart.
3.2.4 We will not be able to process any amendment or cancellation of an order for products once you have checked out your order cart.
3.3 Product Information
3.3.1 Notwithstanding the listings of the Merchants and their products on the SFS e-Shop Site, Constellar Exhibitions Pte. Ltd. does not sponsor, endorse or promote any of the products, services or information of the Merchants.
3.3.2 The products remain at all times the products and offerings of the Merchants. Constellar Exhibitions Pte. Ltd. is not an agent, reseller or distributor of, and has no control over the Merchants, the products and their respective governing terms and conditions. Information on the Merchants and products are provided on an “as is” basis on the SFS e-Shop Site, without any warranty. SPH hereby expressly disclaims all liabilities and responsibilities arising howsoever in relation to any Merchant or Products.
3.3.4 Constellar Exhibitions Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to change, modify, substitute, suspend or remove any information relating to the Merchants and Products on the SFS e-Shop Site, without notice.
3.4.1 The Products are sold by the Merchants listed on the SFS e-Shop Site, and not by Constellar Exhibitions Pte. Ltd.
3.4.2 The purchase price for the Products may include transaction charges and/or taxes imposed by third parties.
3.5.1 Where payments are required for the relevant Products, they are to be made online by way of accepting credit cards.
3.6.1 As soon as possible after valid payment has been accepted (or after an order cart has been checked out in the case of Products where Constellar Exhibitions Pte. Ltd. does not collect payments), a confirmatory email together with the purchased Products will be delivered to your email address provided to us during Account registration. More details are elaborated in the shipping
3.7 Purchase and Sale of Alcohol
3.7.1 If you are an Alcohol Buyer:
(a) you represent and warrant that you and (if applicable) the person receiving the Alcohol (“Recipient”) are aged 18 or above;
(b) you shall not request delivery of Alcohol to any public place (as that term is defined in the Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) Act 2015 as amended from time to time); and
(c) if requested by an Alcohol Seller or Singapore Food Shows e-Shop (or its agents), you and/or the Recipient shall provide photo identification for age verification purposes.
3.7.2 If you are an Alcohol Seller, you represent and warrant that:
(a) you hold all necessary licences and/or permits to sell Alcohol through the Site, and shall provide a copy of such licences and/or permits and supporting documents to Singapore Food Shows e-Shop immediately upon request for verification purposes; and
(b) all information and documents provided to Singapore Food Shows e-Shop are true and accurate.
3.7.3 When delivering Alcohol to an Alcohol Buyer:
(a) the delivery agent reserves the right to request for valid photo identification for age verification purposes; and
(b) Singapore Food Shows e-Shop (via the delivery agent) reserves the right to refuse the delivery of Alcohol if the Alcohol Buyer and/or the Recipient appears intoxicated or is unable to provide valid photo identification for age verification purposes.
3.7.4 Breach of Law
(a) Each Alcohol Buyer and Alcohol Seller severally agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Singapore Food Shows e-Shop, and its shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, and suits and all related liabilities, damages, settlements, penalties, fines, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, any other dispute resolution expenses) incurred by any Indemnified Party.
4.1 You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in relation to the activities undertaken by you pursuant to these Products Conditions.
4.2 You agree not to do and will not permit any person to do any of the following:-
(a) resell any Products you purchased; and
(b) commit any dishonest, illegal or fraudulent act.
4.3 In the event that Constellar Exhibitions Pte. Ltd. is aware that there has been any breach of these Product Conditions or any illegal or fraudulent acts on the part of an Account holder, Constellar Exhibitions Pte. Ltd. reserves all rights to cease, cancel or invalidate any Purchase and/or to take such other measures as appropriate, without prejudice to Constellar’s other rights and remedies.
5.1 Any disagreements or disputes concerning any Merchant or Products (including but not limited to refunds) are to be resolved by you directly with the relevant Merchant at your own cost. Constellar Exhibitions Pte. Ltd. will not be responsible for any such disagreements or disputes. Please write in here and we will be able to advise you.
6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
6.1 Your attention is drawn to and you agree with Clause 7 of Website Conditions, which deal with disclaimers and limitations of Constellar’s liability.
PAYMENT (SECURE TRANSACTIONS)
Online payment is made exclusively by payment gateway Cybersource. The client accepts that his/her account is debited for the total amount due at the time of the order. Bank cards accepted for online payment are those used by cardholders such as Visa and MasterCard. Depending on the type of card, the client enters his/her card number, its expiry date and security code (composed of the three figures shown on the back of the bank card), then validates this data, or has the possibility of returning to the previous page. Payments made online by bank cards shall be carried out by way of the secured payment system. The request for payment is made in real-time via the secured payment system – the bank ensures that it is a valid bank card (if no error is registered on entering the code and the card has not been stopped) and confirms registration of payment by delivering a transaction number or advises that the transaction has been refused (as the case may be). After payment has been validated by the banking organisation, the order is accepted by the vendor who confirms acceptance of the order to the client by email. The client undertakes to personally use the bank card of which he/she is the registered holder. In the event of fraudulent use, the vendor cannot be held liable. In the absence of payment by the bank, or a refusal by the banking centres to make payment, the order shall be automatically cancelled and the client informed by email. The products remain the property of the vendor until it receives full payment of the price.
EXCHANGE POLICY: REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
No refunds, exchange, cancellations, or amendments are applicable once payment is processed and completed online. For any faulty products, please drop us an email at [email protected] and our customer service officers will be able to advise.
The vendor reserves the right to change the product range at any time and from time to time. Certain offers may have a restricted period of validity that will be indicated for each product or product range. The vendor undertakes to honour orders received on the website only within the limits of available stocks. In rare cases, a product that is shown as available on the website may become unavailable after definite registration of the order. In the event that one or several products ordered become(s) unavailable within the time period indicated, the vendor undertakes to inform the client of this fact as quickly as possible by email. The order shall be automatically cancelled and the client is reimbursed within 45 days at the latest following full settlement of the amount paid, except where the client expressly wishes to switch his/her order to a substitute product advised by the vendor. The client agrees and acknowledges that no penalty shall be applied for such cancellations and that subject to the above, receipt of reimbursement of the amount paid by the client shall be conclusive, and the client waives all rights to claim any penalty or other costs from the vendor.
All bookings include pick up service from your courier without additional charges. Parcel’s weight can be calculated by actual weight or volumetric weight.
Actual weight is the weight of the parcel in kilogram(kg). Volumetric weight is calculated based on your parcel dimension. If your parcel is huge, you would need to calculate the volumetric weight using this calculator.
Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher. VW also applies if either one dimension is above 30cm.
The maximum weight limit for each shipment is 30kg.
For delivery in major cities, it usually takes 2 – 5 working days to complete the delivery from the collection date. For festive periods or peak periods, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

All services are not available for restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island and Lazarus Island.
Return of non-deliverables
After 2 failed attempted deliveries, parcels will be returned to the client at the same price model of delivery charges. The 3rd delivery attempt will be chargeable at the same model.
Any texts, remarks, structures, illustrations and images reproduced on the website are controlled and regulated by copyright as well as by intellectual property throughout the whole world. Any reproduction of the website, whether in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior agreement.
PROHIBITION OF SALES OUTSIDE THE NETWORK
The products are intended to be sold exclusively through our distribution networks. It is therefore strictly prohibited to buy products for resale purposes outside of our networks, in particular, through websites. Over and above an infringement of our brands and the integrity of our products, such acts may involve the legal and criminal liability of their perpetrators, where appropriate.
APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
The Terms & Conditions, and any disputes arising from or under the Terms & Conditions shall be governed by Singapore law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore regarding any such dispute. A person who is not a party to Terms & Conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act to enforce any part of Terms & Conditions.
Any information submitted will grant us a non-exclusive license to use the materials or information that you submit to the Platform and/or provide to us, including but not limited to questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions (collectively, “Submissions”). When you post comments or reviews to the Platform, you also grant us the right to use the name that you submit or your Username in connection with such review, comment, or other content. You shall not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any Submissions. We may, but shall not be obligated to, publish, remove, or edit your Submissions.
Consent to Receive emails: You consent to and authorize the use by us of any information provided by you (including Personal Data) for the purposes of sending informational and promotional emails to you. Your agreement to the provisions of this clause shall constitute your consent for the purpose of the provisions of any spam control laws (whether in Singapore or elsewhere). You may subsequently opt out of receiving promotional emails by clicking on the appropriate hyperlink in any promotional email.
TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT
Please note that by attending and by your presence at Singapore Food Shows, you consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded. Your attendance of the Event constitutes your consent to such photography, filming and/or recording and to any use, in any and all media throughout the universe in perpetuity, of your appearance, voice and name for any purpose whatsoever. You further agree that all intellectual property rights in the photographs, film and/or recording which may be taken of you at the Event belongs solely to Singapore Press Holdings Ltd.
