How do I create an account?

You can click register in the top right-hand corner of the home page to register your account.

 

How do I change my account details?

Click on your username. You can change your account details in the different tabs provided.

 

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Click on “Forgot your password”. The system will send you a password reset email to reset your password.

How do I use my voucher/promo code?

Please fill in the promo code before checking out.

Please note that the conditions must be met before the promo code is used.

Please note that the promo code will not be applicable to the shipping fee.

 

Shipping and Delivery

If I placed an order with items from multiple sellers, how will my shipping fee be charged?

If you have ordered from multiple sellers in one order, your shipping fee will be based on the selected shipping option with each seller. The total shipping fee charged at checkout will be the sum of the individual shipping fees from each seller. Your total applicable shipping fee will be clearly indicated in your cart during checkout.

 

How do I track my delivery?

Do we offer contactless deliveries?

In light of the COVID-19 situation, we are closely monitoring the situation. Our shoppers’ health, well-being and safety will be our priority. Therefore, we will strongly advise to reduce any physical interaction when receiving your order and opt-in for contactless delivery.

Our couriers would be happy to leave your parcel at the designated spot in 1 meter in front of you. If you do not wish to sign the proof of delivery, our delivery partner will be providing alternative means to obtain your acknowledgement.

We ask for your support whereby in any case you are unwell or at risk of the COVID-19 virus, please opt for contactless delivery.

 

What should I do if I have not received my item?

Tips to avoid failed deliveries

  • Ensure that the shipping address is correct
  • Ensure that your mobile information is updated and contactable
  • If you are unavailable during the promised delivery time frame, opt-in for contactless delivery or have an authorised representative to receive the item on your behalf.
